Product description

R&D Laboratory by NCU-TEC created a Masterbatch Additive with a high technical content in order to meet your requirements in the industry of machines cleaning (cylinders and/or screws). Is a reactive agent, in other words thanks to its molecular structure it strongly but safely affects every kind of deposits inside the machine or any other kind of impurity settled during the production cycle. Has been developed to:

• Reduce the inactivity time due to the long cleaning operations
• Facilitate the clearance of waste
• Eliminate the cleaning operations which involve employees and rejected items
• Prevent damages eliminating manual scrapping

Way to us

1. The product must be used for the first time one hundred per cent and must be let acting for 15 minutes the cylinder of the machine. This operation must be repeated for 2/3 times so that it facilitates the expulsion the working waste inside the cylinder.
2. After a one hundred per cent use of the material the amount can be reduced to fifty per cent.
3. With a constant use the amount can be even reduced to a percentage of 25%.
